In particular, it is possible to watch the videos produced by the project on e-commerce, the Internet, Social media and the Cloud.

Eleni Maloupa, coordinator of the project, Director of the Institute of Plant Breeding and Genetic Resources (Hellenic Agricultural Organization), was coordinating the scientific activities of the SGLF project and Dimitris Fotakis was the project manager during the 23 months of implementation.

An important part of the project implementation were the pilot training courses for farmers which focused on medicinal and aromatic plants. The training was part of the certification process of professionals, on production, processing and packaging of superfoods and aromatic /medicinal herbs. The certification process took place in all participant countries. Professionals were trained to use certified methodologies while cultivating, collecting, processing or packaging of super-foods and/or aromatic-medicinal herbs. These certification training sessions were carried out in groups of 15 members for 80 hours per country. In Italy the training course was held at Fontana Murata, an area in Sicily historically devoted to the cultivation of ancient grains, now considered superfoods for their nutritional and low-gluten properties.
